Who We Are
World Archery Fiji is the National Federation for the sport of Olympic Archery in Fiji. We have been registered since 1976, and a Member Association of the World Archery Federation since 1997. Our membership consists of multiple clubs around the country, representing the districts of Suva, Naitasiri and Nadroga. Our athletes have represented Fiji at the international level, from the Oceania Championships and Pacific Games, all the way to the Olympics.
Our Mission and Objectives
The Mission of World Archery Fiji is to promote the growth of archery and maximise the competitive performance of archers in Fiji.
Our Key Objectives are to:
Develop archery as an attractive and accessible sport and recreation activity within Fiji
Increase growth in membership of archery participants and clubs
Successful elite performance of Fijian archers in the Pacific and internationally

Our Executive Board
George R. Fong
George has been a member of Fiji archery for 19 years. He is the only World Archery Level 2 Certified coach in the country, and has represented Fiji at the Pacific Games and World Championships. He is a software developer by profession, with 12 years experience. George is Chief Technology Officer at Infinity PlusOne Limited.
Ajay N. Ballu
Ajay has been involved in sport in many capacities in Fiji for over 30 years. He served previously as the General Secretary to World Archery Fiji, is currently serving at FASANOC as the Chef-de-mission to the 2023 Pacific Mini Games, and is General Manager to the 2023 Commonwealth Games. Ajay works at Hiway Stabilizers Fiji Ltd as a Workshop Administrator
Caroll L. Sela
Caroll joined archery in 2018, and became General Secretary on the Executive Board in 2022. She is a legal practitioner, and works as an Associate at Cromptons Solicitors. She also plays netball and squash.
Jack B. Kivi
Jack is an financial consultant, with more than 18 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and financial audits. He is Chief Financial Officer at Infinity PlusOne Limited. He joined archery in 2018, as a member of Colo-i-Suva Archery and is a compound archer who has represented Fiji at the 2020 NZ National Championships.
